To provide instructions to Jennings & Barrett regarding Building Safety Compliance
To take responsibility for the preparation and application of a Resident's Engagement Strategy, as well as it's reviews and version creation.
To register the building with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) and notify the BSR of any changes to the building.
To report safety occurrences to the BSR and report them on the Mandatory Occurrence Reporting System.

To manage the building's safety and structure, including:
To act on instructions provided by the Principle Accountable Person in compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and other building safety guidance.
To advise on Building Safety and Building Management as appropriate.
To assist in the seeking of additional advise from appropriate services, where it is needed.
To protect company building funds and enforce the lease.
