Leaseholder Non-Resident

You own a leasehold property at the development, but you do not reside there yourself. You may have a tenant in the property, or you may allow a friend/family member to reside in the property. Alternatively, the property may currently be empty.

Please take the following actions: 

1. Press the "Notify Us About Your Tenant or Empty Property" button and complete the form accordingly.
2. Copy the link underneath that button and send to your tenant, informing them of their responsibility to complete the form by the deadline above.
